He translates extensive corporate expertise—spanning senior roles at Focus Brands and ultimately serving as Chief Operations Officer at Blaze Pizza—into personalized coaching and proven systems. Over the course of his career, Johnny helped lead operations across more than 2,000 units (five brands, 60 languages) and focused on building and scaling system-wide standards, structured training platforms, performance scorecards, and coaching frameworks that consistently improved unit performance.
